CycleX is a tokenized asset trading platform supported by WhaleFlow Labs. The following entities are wholly owned subsidiaries of WhaleFlow Group:

• WhaleFlow Group Usltd: Registered as a Money Services Business (MSB) (Registration No.: 31000243370255), it holds an Investment Advisor License (RIA) issued by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). This entity is responsible for the platform's operations.

• WhaleFlow Group Ltd: A professional corporate entity fully regulated by the British Virgin Islands Financial Services Commission. It is registered under BVI Company Number: 2161278, ensuring that all operations strictly comply with the regulatory framework governing financial services in the jurisdiction. This entity is responsible for the issuance of tokenized funds. Tokenized funds are available to qualified investors who have passed KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) checks.

CycleX establishes online asset pools (RWA Pools) through Special Purpose Entities (SPEs) or Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs), which include cash, credit assets (such as bonds and securities), cryptocurrencies, and alternative investments (such as real estate and art). These assets are managed by qualified custodians to ensure the security of investor funds.
